Billy was a friendly, respectful agent who was not at all pushy (as others we'd previously experienced), nor did he rush us at the viewings and has been accommodating whilst prompt at responding to any questions we had. The purchasing experience was also professional - Michael was efficient, quick at responding to emails and helped the process to run as smoothly as possible. Estate Agents are often given a bad name but these guys have proven that to be incorrect. I'd have no hesitation in recommending WJ Meade to any buyer or seller.

Chris and George were both very knowledgeable and were quickly able to assist with any questions I had so I could move forward, and correspondence was very quick so all good there too. Have only just put the property on the Market, so have yet to see how that goes. I bought my flat through the same office years ago so have faith in them. When I contacted them recently and was put in touch with Chris, he was very knowledgeable about my area and my style of flat and we could tell he was passionate about selling and very keen to help, so hoping all goes as hoped.

What a breath of fresh air WJ Meade Bow are! From arranging a viewing all the way through to completing our house purchase they were exceptional. Billy was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when it came to arranging viewings, the property itself and the buyer's position. Unlike so many estate agents, communication with everyone at the office was excellent. Once our offer was accepted Michael dealt with the sale and again was super helpful, without him the solicitors on each side would no doubt still be going through their motions! We're thrilled with our new home but when we come to sell I have no question about who to put it on the market with. Highly recommend!

Damian went out of his way to secure a fantastic place for her in no time.The care and understanding through the process was fantastic. They facilitated all the admin etc for her to do it calmly and with cero stress.The property she is renting through WJ Meade is impecable as Damien told us it would be.She is very happy there! Kept us informed about the viewings and the feedback received afterwards. They sold they house quickly and got us a price we were happy with and spot on to their valuation. From the first viewing to the completion of the sale, they have been professional, personable, honest and transparent across every stage of the process. Billy, our agent, has been outstanding, which is refreshing, having dealt with many estate agents over the last few months. He listened carefully to our requirements, provided valuable impartial advice and guidance, and went the extra mile to ensure we got a home meeting our requirements. Billy's knowledge of the property we were buying has been excellent, and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Billy is incredibly knowledgeable about the local housing market and area and has provided valuable insights that have helped us navigate a stressful and difficult process. What impressed us the most was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the buying process went smoothly. Billy and Ollie were both very friendly and helpful. Billy was great over the phone, sending properties we would actually be interested in (and were appropriate to our budget) and Ollie was very friendly showing us around. We didn't feel at all rushed or pressured into a decision and they have both explained everything brilliantly (we are first time buyers). Billy had sorted our offer within a few hours on a Friday night! Could not recommend more if looking to buy in east London.

I am a first-time buyer and if time is a very critical factor for you to purchase a flat, then Billy and Michael at WJ Meade Bow will make it happen!!! :)The first time I visited the flat after getting an email from Billy for viewing, it met all my specs on the list. Time was an issue for me and I mentioned my concerns to Billy who made sure that the process will be as fast as possible so we can meet the time set for the move-in.I visited the flat on the 8th of July for the first time and got my keys to move in 7th of September!!! :)Yes, it is possible to visit, purchase and move in within 2 months!!! Of course, this would not have been possible without Billy and Michael who have put so much effort into this whole process to make it as smooth as possible for me. You can be reassured that even if an employee is away, Michael will make sure to follow up and provide quick assistance to you.The team has been phenomenal and their level of service is second to none from viewing, during the purchase process, chasing for information from third parties, and liaising with solicitors and the vendor and mortgage brokers.I am so thankful to Billy and Michael.You are the best!!!I would highly recommend them at WJ Meade BowDevina

I feel it's too easy to pick the "cheapest" fixed-fee agent these days (who can do nothing and still be paid). Or those promising to earn significantly more from a sale (which there can be limited credibility of). Or those who are just plain pushy and so off-putting. We chose Michael and his team because we knew they would be representing us in all their actions. And we're pleased that they did. Professional, open, transparent, in all our dealings, but also challenging of us when required. Very grateful.
