Absolutely disgusting and filthy service just like their rooms. Completely unprofessional and lack of communication.

Thanks for your review Sultan. As discussed the landlord agreed to professional carpet cleaning which we explained did not form part of your offer, if not we would have asked the landlord to do so beforehand. We then agreed to end your contract as requested and signed an end of tenancy. We explained this is a legal document and unfortunately, we cannot pay refunds on the spot but this would be completed at the end of the day, which it was. You stated you would not hand over the keys, until this takes place. We simply made it clear, we would issue a refund once keys were returned as this is our process. It’s a shame you felt that was unreasonable. We wish you all the best.

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE they dont answer phone calls or emails they dont have a clue on what they are doing N&N PROPERTIES THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY VERY RUDE ALSO THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS

Staff are clueless and illegal activities go on with this company. Nathan the manger director is forging signatures on fake contracts. Beware and be vigilant with these getto people.

They do not reply to emails or calls.I have been waiting months for replacements for faulty items. All I asked for are ETAs and they have decided to completely ignore my emails entirely.

Beware, I was defrauded and had no reaction. They stole a lot of money and could not get it back because they denied that caution from them, they are not honest.
