GoogleThis agency is probably one of worst, I promise you guys on my life.. you will regret any business you do with them whether it be now or later. I have a lot to say but no amount of words explain what I’ve dealt with, you can only take head from a stranger or see for yourself if it’s true or not. If these guys had a trust pilot review almost 100% sure all would be negatives reviews.

GoogleNathan managed that property that we rented for 2.5 years. Nothing was ever a trouble and all paper work and formalities were effortless. We had few issues, however, when we did, Nathan organised for someone to come help immediately. Our boiler stopped on New Year’s Eve when we had friends and staying and Nathan managed to have it fixed that day. We just left the property that N&N managed and received our deposit back promptly. 5 stars for a friendly company!

GoogleI would not recommend. Terrible customer service. I was ready to move into a property, everything was dealt with. While waiting, the owner went on holiday ignored my calls to come back and say the property is now gone. I got offered a property for it to then go to someone else. Communication is disgusting.

GoogleCompletely unprofessional! Would not choose this company at all - have been messed around loads in regards to a room! I was waiting for over an hour to view a property and have since had all emails ignored! They don’t answer calls and the tenants have massive problems with them as well!
Hi Emily, Sorry this has been the case however from our records we do not have an application for the room with you. We cannot guarantee that we are able to rent a room to you on the basis your friend already lives at the property and unfortunately the landlord decided to go with another party. I’m sorry you feel messed around but we do not have the final call on this specific property. I wish you all the best with your search.

GoogleTerrible communication do not answer calls, actually try it yourself, unless they see this message and decide to change. Say they will call and don’t. Lack of professionalism and following through with what they say. Terrible service.

GoogleI have never ever seen before the most horrible service in my life. We have booked an appointment to view the property and just wasted our time as agent didn’t came and didn’t even picked up the phone. My advice do not have a deal with this agency.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting and filthy service just like their rooms. Completely unprofessional and lack of communication.
Thanks for your review Sultan. As discussed the landlord agreed to professional carpet cleaning which we explained did not form part of your offer, if not we would have asked the landlord to do so beforehand. We then agreed to end your contract as requested and signed an end of tenancy. We explained this is a legal document and unfortunately, we cannot pay refunds on the spot but this would be completed at the end of the day, which it was. You stated you would not hand over the keys, until this takes place. We simply made it clear, we would issue a refund once keys were returned as this is our process. It’s a shame you felt that was unreasonable. We wish you all the best.

They do not reply to emails or calls.I have been waiting months for replacements for faulty items. All I asked for are ETAs and they have decided to completely ignore my emails entirely.
