They confirmed they arranged for a viewing at 11am and only let me know they won’t be able to make at 10 on that day, mentioning they will try to move the viewing to 13 pm but they then never came back. Totally unacceptable

The house sale seemed long but it was only 2.5 months, especially these days this is not long. The estate agent was nice enough to allow us back into the propriety multiple times so we could measure and order our furniture ahead of time :)
