I've rented in London for around 10 years, so have had my fair share of good/average/bad estate agents. These guys are comfortably the worst I've ever rented through. Unprofessional, unreliable & incompetent. One of their agents completely ignored us for months when we had a maintenance issue, despite multiple chases. Honestly don't go anywhere near them.

Recently sold our flat through MG Whetstone and we had a great experience. The guys got lots of people through the door and didn't have the easiest job during Covid with cancellations etc.. but we got there in the end and we were pleased with the outcome. Would recommend and use again.
