You guys rock. From the most friendly and welcoming viewing back Shuhan and a very good follow up to check in. Then whoaaa over to Jatin to progress the purchase. If I was to describe Jatin in a word it’s ‘tenacious’. He was on the case more than me (and I’m an on the case person). His communication and guidance is endless. Giving advice on what I need to do and he chases - everybody. A ten out of ten for ‘getting the job done’ Jatin.

Honestly, they were OK... They sold our house for us but seemed very disorganised. We worked with three different agents with no explanation as to what had happened to the previous two. At one point things became critical when our buyers' mortgage expired without anyone apparently noticing, causing stress and threatening our chain. I wouldn't say they were bad, but the service we received was average verging at times on poor, which made me wonder why we were paying them a higher commission compared to other agents. Fairly disappointing expereince, all in all. Probably won't use them again in future.

A company of crooks. Completely dishonest. They are charging ridiculous fees without informing you in advance and rely on small print. Stay away and do not let your houses through them. We are experienced landlords and they have messed us twice before.
Hi Orly. We appreciate you are angry but think your choice of words is rather inflammatory and wrong. Our Terms of Business, which you read and agreed to - clearly lay out our fees, when and how they are due. We are sorry that you had trouble with the tenant, we gave as much advice as we could, but you had chosen to self-manage the tenancy and so our role was limited. We are also sorry that you have not taken up the offer to talk to our Head of Lettings so we can try and resolve things.

Andrew at Martyn Gerrard has been an enormous help - professional, courteous, and extremely effective - as I sought to let out my flat in North London. The flat had been let for several years through a different agency, but I required more from them than they were able to provide. Andrew helped me transfer the management of my property with minimal stress to Martyn Gerrard, arranged excellent professional photography and successfully marketed the property with several viewings on one day. We were provided with three good options for tenants, and the result is we have new tenants, over a 25% increase in rental income, and the confidence of a much improved level of management and service. All communications have been extremely professional, clear, courteous, and timely, and contracts and agreements have been clear, thorough and fair. From first contact email, through signing e-documents, and agreeing on tenants and rental prices, working with Andrew and others on the Martyn Gerrard team has been straightforward, hassle-free, clear, and highly effective. I can highly recommend their service.
