TrustpilotMartyn Gerrard are brilliant!
I would definitely recommend this firm of estate agents. All of the staff are friendly hard working and helpful. I particularly want to mention Raphael who is charming and friendly. Then of course there is Scott, hard working knowledgeable and always there for advice returning your calls. Last but not least is Jatin who without his support and unfailing commitment managed to help get me sold and purchased within 3 months!

TrustpilotHopeless
Send me completely unsuitable properties in areas I've told them I'm not interested in. Utterly hopeless. I'm trying to unsubscribe - so far unsuccessfully

Good afternoon Ms Thompson, thanks for letting us know about this. I can understand how annoying it is to get bombarded with unsuitable property, for which we are sorry. I think the idea is to make sure you don't miss out anything you may want to view, but this is certainly a lesson for us to think about what we are sending. Thanks again for your feedback.PS you did actually manage to unsubscribe

TrustpilotGood at start slow&low at the end
The managing property agent asked to put a review on google and I did. At the beginning they were fast and professional yet and the end we still not having our deposit back now it is 3month now. We put the offer half of what landlady asked. As according TDS services with regards replacing carpet which we do not need to pay full cost of it. Unprofessional at the end of the tenancy.
