Martyn Gerrard Block Management managed Major Works of external decoration and roof repairs for our property comprising of three flats. This included lengthy communications with the leaseholders over 12months and the appointment of contractors. The result was a superb job on completion within the forecast timescales. As Freeholders we were completely satisfied by Consultancy and Management of the project by Block Management's professional staff.

We worked a lot with Annie at Martyn Gerrard over a number of months. She understood exactly what we wanted and helped us find it. She was always very helpful and efficient, without ever being pushy. She always listened to us and was always very willing to help. We could not recommend her highly enough!
