TrustpilotNot to be trusted
We rented from Martyn Gerrard for 3 years and had the worst experience ever. Martyn Gerrard lied, shared our data without our consent, entered our property without our permission and threatened us. Their behaviour was unacceptable and they wouldn't accept critism. They told us their clients were not us, the renters, but the landlords. We were previously renting from the renowned 'london's worst landlord' and we had alot better experience than with Martyn Gerrard. Never ever rent with Martyn Gerrard. We are now buying and won't even consider a plce if the estate agent is Martyn Gerrard

TrustpilotGreat
Had a great time working with Sophie from Martin Gerrard in the lead up to us renting a flat. She was honest and clear with the places we viewed and helpful and efficient when we were in the process of signing contracts. Thanks so much.

TrustpilotVery happy with my experience thus far
Very happy with my experience thus far. The initial renting went well, then also the renegotiation, as the landlord wanted a huge 12.5% increase in year 2. On each occasion I ended up dealing with a different person. I think as with all these things though, it really depends who you get on an individual basis. If you get unlucky, whichever organisation/agency you are with, then it's a rough ride that ends up costing you.

TrustpilotWheatstone Branch 😃
I’m a first time buyer working with Martin from Martyn Gerrard Wheatstone branch. What a pleasure it was. Friendly, punctual, hard working & helpful staff made the process as easy & swift as it could be. A special mention has to go to Martin & Ella, who went above & beyond to help me out with some (computer related, I dig holes for a living 🤣) details I was struggling with. A fantastic team of people.

TrustpilotHouse sale success
We recently sold our home through Martyn Gerrard. Declan was very efficient, explained the process, provided helpful advice throughout and followed up with all parties to ensure we completed.

GoogleRaj and Andreas are the best in the business, their tenaciousness to get a property sold is second to none. Several agents during transactions add little value but raj and Andreas will find a way to get a deal done and chase 3rd parties such as the council, managing agents etc if further information is needed. If you are looking for agents to get your property sold and then ensure your deal goes through quickly and smoothly then look no further and I would highly recommend.
