I had been searching for a new property for over two years now trying to juggle getting a buy to let so that I could upsize from my one double bed and one single bedroom flat for my daughter and me. After about 3 years of looking, I finally found somewhere in the right location and on budget. I had to sell my property in order to buy the new one. Having developed a relationship over time with many estate agents, I chose Martyn Gerrard. They gave me a fair valuation. I had got a very low valuation from one popular estate agent, so was very happy with their valuation. With a very good database of perspective buyers and a steady stream of viewings, it took about 3 weeks for my property to sell. They have a very personal touch and I was able to have many in-depth discussions. They were also very good with our pet cat Bucky during viewings. I would definitely recommend them Martin and Mark were my main contacts and I really appreciated how our relationship evolved over time, there was no pressure and my requirements were met at every stage! Thank you!

Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents in Mill Hill have done a fantastic work marketing our property. Since the beginning their professionalism and expertise was obvious and superior to other Estate Agents in the area. We are specially grateful to Jay Yildirim and David Mitchell for their superb work finding us the right buyer despite the uncertainty in the house market and a difficult tenant during the first weeks. Their dedication was exceptional. They did dozens of house viewings and they have always kept us well informed. They have definitely taken away much of the stress of selling our house. We would not hesitate to work with Martyn Gerrard again and we absolutely recommend their sales team to anyone wanting to sell their property.

The service from Declan Morgan from the Whetstone branch of Martyn Gerrard in north London was exceptional. From his initiative in reaching out to us prior to the property we bought being listed, to stepping in when both sets of solicitors were at hold points. I can only highly recommend Declan and Martyn Gerrard. Declan has a great attitude and is friendly to work with. He’s very knowledgeable about the properties he’s selling and will help you every step of the way with getting your offer pitched. Fatmir was the estate agent that showed us around. Following the viewing he followed up but respected the fact we needed to weigh up the property we viewed with him against others in the area. He gave us thinking time but stayed in touch. He later arranged for me to do a second viewing. He was very helpful without. Wing pushy.

Amazing experience from Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents. I cannot fault Daniel, who played a huge part in my partner and I finding and securing a flat within one week. Daniel was always on hand via email and supported us both through this rather long journey! It is common knowledge that finding a property to rent in London is difficult for many people currently, Daniel is the reason why it was not for us. Thank you again.

I bought a new home via M Gerrard's new homes department in March 2021. My experience with the agency was amazing; in particular, David Raja helped a lot along the way ensuring that the whole process of exchange and completion was smooth. There were times that the process was slow and looked that there might be issues, however, David Raja helped us overcome all problems and finally complete. The best real estate agency experience I ve had.

Have just completed the sale of my flat in Crouch End. James and Dario were awesome from beginning to end, ably assisted by Treon, Abby & Ronak. A great team. Despite Covid and the festive period and me being remote in Suffolk and some hiccups along the way, James and Dario worked through each and every problem AND communicated this at timely intervals. All in all a brilliant service. I had rented through MG before (also very professional) so had a discounted fee. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
