Suwit - the perfect agent!! As a broker i work with numerous agents and more often than not, they can make life very difficult. Suwit has been exceptional and creates the perfect bridge between buyers (& brokers) and sellors which is what all estate agents should be doing. He is the perfect professional and i have seen through numerous cases with him. cases seem to go through very smoothly when we work together. But my experience with him on winnington road purchase- which turned out to be extremely complicated- was exceptional. If it was not for him, i think we the deal would not have gone through. Hes an honest agent you can trust, one that is exceptional at his job. Its not often i can say that about estate agents :))

Thank you Suwit for helping me with the sale of my house in Enfield. Suwit was fantastic with communication and keeping us informed of what was going on and how he resolved issues that arose during the transfer & legal process. Would recommend anyone in North London who needs the service. Paul Jacobs

I can only say we would not have got to completion on our flat sale if it wasn't for Kings in Enfield Wash. It was a complete nightmare and Daniel, Suwit, Archie and Deniz were always available to listen to my rantings and frustration calmly and with great understanding. Thank you so much.

Kings Group have restored my faith within the estate agency industry. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Archie Ciuffa. It was a real pleasure dealing with him at all times, always supportive, efficient and reliable, genuinely interested in helping me finding a home for my growing family in a pandemic! Archie went the extra mile to find us somewhere which fits exactly what we wanted and kept it moving all the way through. He should be very proud of himself. I couldn't have done it without him. He is a very important asset to Kings Group. Needless to say, he is going places. Thank you Kings Group and specially Archie.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We cannot thank Archie Ciuffa and Daniel Windish enough for handling the sale of our property in Enfield Island Village. These guys go beyond the call of duty of not just handling their part of the bargain but have a holistic approach as per individual case. Archie has been liaising to not only selling our property but supporting the process to work for all concerned including us a securing our new home. Their openness and fairness is beyond measure. It’s never an easy process but having them onboard eased most of the stress associated with it. BIG THANK YOU TO KINGS!!! ***A TEAM***, with utmost respect, FatimaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Five star service. They went the extra mile to support my 80 year old mum sell her home. First, they found multiple qualified buyers. Second, when we were struggling to complete the sale, Kings Group stepped in and got things moving. Good people. Professionals.

Fraudulent

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with them as I was misleaded by their testimonials. They're just opportunistic to buy houses in very small prices when people are in difficult situations. They manipulate people's helpless situations. I would never take any services from them in future.

Outstanding service. Daniel and the team advised how they would market our properties and did everything as described. The team went above and beyond keeping us informed throughout the process of selling our homes. I would not hesitate in recommending Kings Enfield Highway if you're in search of an estate agents in the local area.
