I have started searching for properties in the enfield area and I would like to say a huge thank you to Suwit who has been an absolute pleasure to be working with during this stressful search for a forever home in such a competitive market. He is extremely passionate about his job and would say he is a great listener and knows exactly what you are looking for and finds the exact match so no time wasting (unlike other agents who send the most irrelevant properties no where near your criteria). Suwit was brilliant throughout the whole process. He was always reliable, easy to get hold of and nothing was ever too much trouble. There were quite a few issues with communication between the solicitors, and Suwit really went above and beyond to help. He kept chasing things up, spoke to both sides and made sure everyone was kept in the loop. Buying a house can be stressful enough, so having someone like Suwit who was always willing to help made a huge difference. I could not rate Suwit, Ryan and all the team high enough. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and always kept me updated throughout the sale of my parent’s house. They made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and hassle-free, and went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. Communication with them all was excellent. I would like to extend my thanks to Daniel, Suwit, Ryan, Samuel, Maisie - and all the team at Kings Enfield Highway for all their work selling my parent's house. From the initial consultation with Daniel, the house was put on sale immediately, a viewing day arranged - and a buyer was found in about 1-2 weeks after the viewing day! There was some hold-up on the buyer's side, due to them being in a chain, but Kings kept me informed throughout this, so I never once felt in the dark at any time during the sale process. There were a few delays in the chain, but they were always on the ball, chasing things up and doing everything they could to keep things moving. Charlie is a different type of estate agent

Selling a property is rarely straightforward, and mine took a long time to get across the finish line. But looking back, I have to hold my hands up and give absolute credit where it is due, Charlie Christou is in a league of his own. When you work with an estate agent, you sometimes wonder if they are just there to make their commission. Of course, this is their job, but Charlie earned every single penny of his, and then some. Most agents do the bare minimum and shrug their shoulders when things get complicated. Not Charlie. He went way beyond the call of duty. You wouldn't normally expect an estate agent to coordinate with building regulators, liaise directly with builders, or act as an errand boy to let contractors in and out of a property. Yet, Charlie handled it all without hesitation. He took calls from me well outside of office hours just to clear things up and give me peace of mind. From our very first encounter, he was a man of his word. He delivered on every promise, deeply understood the local market, and knew exactly how to target the right clientele for the area. Because of his hard work, the volume of viewings was incredible, so much so that if the property hadn't been vacant, the day to day turnaround would have been spinning our heads! A huge shoutout to the rest of the Kings crew, too, who were absolute stars throughout. Having used a few different agents in the local area previously, the difference in professionalism, patience, and work ethic with Kings Group is night and day. Yes, their fees might be slightly higher than some others out there, but once you experience the level of service Charlie and the team provide, you completely understand why: you get what you pay for, and they deliver excellence. I have zero complaints, only massive gratitude. Charlie, thank you for your relentless graft, your integrity, and for getting the job done.
