Great service all the way through the procedure of renting the flat, kept in touch when something came on the market knowing the situation I was in, the team was very patient with myself and went through the paperwork as it came through, will definitely use Hamptons again.

Really terrible - we’ve enquired about a property (or tried to) about 4 times and no one ever gets back to us - I don’t know why anyone would choose to work with people who actively ignore potential clients. Shockingly poor.

In the two years I have been renting through Hamptons I had a great experience in customer service. My property manager, Eloise, has been absolutely perfect. She has always responded straight away and showed she cared about the issues I faced in the property, seeing them to quick and satisfactory resolution. I feel like she deals with me as a human being she can help through her position and not as just a customer. Highly recommended. Thank you, Eloise!

I have been using Hamptons to manage my property for several years now and have been very impressed by the personnel that I’ve dealt with in various departments. In particular, I’ve been working with Lucy Desborough whom I can honestly say is one of the best property managers I’ve ever come across. She’s always timely with her responses, excels at finding solutions to difficult problems, and always goes that extra mile to help in any given situation. She’s an excellent communicator and works well with others across departments and outside of Hamptons. I always know that she’ll handle issues with the utmost diplomacy and decorum. She continues to be a pleasure to work with and I hope that she’ll always be my property manager!

Amy our property manager has been very helpful, especially lately when we had a number of repairs issues to deal with.At the same time we've had complaints from our tenants that when something breaks they get a number of different contractors coming and spending too much time 'inspecting the damage' and are then very slow and not always competent in actually repairing things. Once I introduced Hamptons to my own contractions who have a wide range of specialists, things went faster and smoother.

I have recently let out a flat that I own to a new tenant and a few unexpected problems have arisen. Kay MacCaulay from Hampton's has been an extremely supportive guide throughout the whole process: advising me on what needs to be done at every turn. She is in regular communication: replies promptly and courteously. While always making sure that both I, as a landlord, and Hamptons, as managing agents, strictly comply with legal and ethical imperatives ( which is very important to me), Kay has nonetheless offered me consistent, supportive and common sense advice on how to manage any tricky situations that can arise. Incredible service and experience as buyer and seller. From evaluating, selling, viewing and buying. The team are clear, decisive, effective & efficient. They targeted the correct potential buyer and found a early excellent match for my property. Hamptons have been managing our property for almost four and a half years. During that time we have had, and continue to have exemplary service. Our Property Manager, Katie Tucker, is always there for us and nothing is too much trouble. We feel we have a great professional, yet friendly working relationship with Katie. She has been an absolute superstar, especially with keeping in touch with us during the various Covid lockdowns, when it must have been very challenging for her at times, what with remote working, etc. It is extra challenging in our case as we are in Australia and working around the different time zones could be problematic, but it never is for Katie.Katie knows our property very well and liaises between our tenants and ourselves in a very professional and efficient manner. She always takes care to keep track of and follow up on any outstanding maintenance issues or problems arising from either party. We don't know what we'd do without her!

In recent times I have been particularly impressed by Giuseppe who is one of the letting team. In the first instance he gave very sound and sensible advice about the sale of the house and arranged for some very good photographs. Then throughout the period of the sale he was always available to talk and always proactive in making contact with us and our buyers to make sure the process moved along. He made a huge difference and I felt complete confidence in him. It was undoubtedly the most positive experience I've ever had with an estate agent.

Moving house after 16 years in your own well-loved home to a brand new area is not something for the faint-hearted and it certainly felt like a scary step to be taking, specifically as we hadn't rented for over 25 years. Melanie from the Bath office has been instrumental in helping ease us into our beautiful rental property and has kept us informed and updated both before and after the move. Cannot recommend her service highly enough.

GoogleBUYERS BEWARE! We bought a property from Harvey Construction using Lanes New Homes as the agency. We moved in over 6 months ago. They initially told us that the gate would be completed before we moved in and then push back giving us multiple dates where the gates were not installed. They have been ignoring us and giving us false dates. They are passing the blame onto each other and not collaborating with the residents of these properties. Please make sure that everything has been finished before buying any properties from them.
