I would definitely recommend the Hamptons team for property management services and in particular Eloise. Hamptons have managed our flat in Clapham over the last +10 years, and always been helpful, responsive and very professional.

We are renting and have been for 6 months. Hamptons has been very helpful. Form the initial viewing to the day to day. Matilda keeps in touch and most importantly follows up on outstanding issues , which is very refreshing . So far , all in all, to be recommended from a Tenant perspective.

We are with Hamptons more than a year and it was amazing from the first day! Very friendly and professional. Our property manager April Keane resolves any problem very quickly and in a very high standard, we really appreciate her help a lot. For example, when I text April about an issue, she did necessary calls and appointments, on the next day the specialist comes. I couldn’t imagine a better work than hers. Many thanks!

I cannot recommend Hamptons in Godalming highly enough. They worked hard to sell our house and despite losing the original buyer due to the Covid pandemic they persevered to find another. I found them all consistently professional and knowledgable, and the service exceeded our expectations by some margin. I would definitely choose Hamptons again.

It is difficult for me to manage my property from 6000 miles away but Amelia acts as my eyes and ears. She keeps me aware of what certification needs doing and when and liaises with the tenant and mysel to ensure any work that needs doing is done and ensures that both of us are satisfied.

Hamptons have been very good managing our three properties in Tunbridge Wells, Dunton Green and Paddock Wood.Emma Johnson, our original contact and Fiona Bradfield since then, have been consistently reliable throughout the past few years. Selection of new tenants, the "check in", the visit reports and the day to day issues are dealt with professionally.

I chose Hamptons Blackheath to sell my house based on the interest shown by Joe in getting the property on the books. He was prompt in communication, open to a tiered fee structure and quick to get pictures/ marketing materials. Peter, Cat and Lucy organised and conducted viewings and following an open day with several iniquities buyers, we accepted an offer. Hamptons appointed Jessica as the sales progressor and she followed up with us, our buyers and solicitors to keep us all updated. The team was respectful, helpful, considerate and responsive all through. From marketing to completion at a price point we were happy with in under 100 days including Christmas and people being off sick due to COVID - Hamptons definitely earned their commission - which isn’t something one often hears about Estate Agents. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been a tenant in a flat under Hamptons for over 5 years. They are rarely timely with their responses on queries, have to follow up multiple times and good luck if any appliances break or if you want help and guidance when checking out! Stay away if you want to keep your sanity!

when my remote key for my garage is broken, my property manager Patryk Lehmann sort out as soon as he can and deliver the new remote soon. while calling with him, he communicate very politely with me and moved to sorted out very soon. It was very helpful.

Overall a good experience from Hamptons - being a landlord & tenant it has been interesting to see both sides! My only critique would be to make sure they give prospective tenants better information about the property before they agree and sign - (we had a few ‘surprises’ come moving in day!) however, we cannot fault the excellent service from Katie Tucker (Property Manager) always ready to help and super professional - she is a credit to Hamptons! :)

We are just about to complete on moving house and we have been fortunate enough to have the Godalming branch handle both our purchase and our sale. The team have provided us with a very friendly, approachable and professional service - from Pippa who showed us around our new home and responded quickly to our queries, to Jason and Ross who provided us with excellent advice and guidance throughout the complicated process of moving house. I was about to rent a flat in Westbourne Park and Annie Thorp from the Maida Vale office assisted me. She was kind, attentive and highly efficient. I made an offer that was disadvantaged as I have a dog and Annie helped us negotiate better conditions so that me and my husband would have more chances on getting the flat. It worked and we did. Sadly at the end we didn’t move forward due to personal reasons but we will absolutely use Hamptons next time. Annie, as someone who works with customer service I can tell you did a 10/10 job. Thank you so much.

Similar to another reviewer. They were very attentive in order to get an offer ‘in writing’ from us, but subsequently used our offer to push up an offer from another party. The email declining the offer was crass and you would expect more from a professional organisation.
