Fantastic service throught out the sale of our property with Mr Hussain! Very professional, honest, reliable, anytime I had any questions he would answer them, I wouldn't hesitate to go again with someone as fantastic as Hussain! He was always consistent with us, and then when we had a rocky road through the sell he was always there for us. Again thank you for everything!

Green Tick has done a fantastic job in letting my family home, with the exact terms we were looking for. Our agent Romario was very professional in dealing with us. The communication with him is great and he definitely went above and beyond to cater to every aspect of the process until completion. Would highly recommend Green Tick and especially Romario.

The guys at Green Tick are great I’m a overseas landlord & for years since coming on the property ladder I have left my property portfolio to Green Tick with my eyes closed. Thank you Green Tick Property Group thanks to you I get to focus on things that I am meant to be focusing on such as running my own business at Pera.

Don’t normally do review but I just had to for this company. From the 1st minute I called them regarding the property I so desperately wanted to rent there couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was to much trouble even sorting things out after office hours calling texting to arrange everything they needed to be done. I’ve now been in the property for 3 months, had a few little issues but again as soon as I have contacted them the problem has been sorted asap. Can’t recommend them enough

Romario and Huseyin were extremely effective in finding a tenant for my property. They vetted prospective tenants successfully. They were patient not rushing to put any tenant in the house. They were diligent making sure the tenant was a good fit. The whole process took 3 weeks. Thank you. I highly recommend them.

Romario has been the most helpful, kind and professional agent and if not for Romario we would not have been able to find the perfect flat with a gread landlord. He is happy to help at any time and will go above and beyond in every aspect of his work.

Romario is probably the most helpful agent I came across, and I have dealt with a lot of agents in the past. He was extremely helpful to me and my flatmates when we were looking for a place to live and we couldn't be more happy with the result!

I received advisory from this company while searching for a room; I am very happy with their service because they provide clear information about all the steps. I visited the room at the arranged time, and the house was in very good condition and was the same as the picture advertised. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rent this place because another person who visited the room before me took it. However, I can say it is one of the best companies I met in my room searching; I recommend their service in this topic.

It has been a great pleasure working with Green tick Property Group. I had a 3 bedroom property that needed to be sold within a year. It needed a lot of work doing so I was not too sure how long it was going to take to be sold. …

We highly recommend 👌,if you don't want to waist your time ,and get straight to the point and for fastest way to rent a property you are on the right track, it took 3 days from start to finish and to get the keys. The good thing is they do sales as well and im more then happy to come back to them if I decided to buy a property ( if interst rates go down)🤞. They care about there customers, very friendly and helpful ,let's put it this way unlike the other big stream state agency that we are just a numbers buy for them we (Tenants) are like member of family and they listen . God bless them 🙏

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Romario We initially met through another estate agent where Romario had sourced our property from. However the estate agent we were working with had not been communicating with us and didn't even let us know that Romario had put an offer in on the property on behalf of a client he was working with. Moving forward we then decided to work directly with Green Tick property and Romario had an offer placed on our property within the next week. Our property has now been let on a 3 year contract for maximum rent. We are more than happy for the service we have achieved and look forward to working with Green Tick Property on our next project.
