I would like to express my sincere thanks to Green Tick Property Group for their excellent service throughout the entire letting process. A special thank you to Huseyin Isik for taking the time to show us around the property. Unlike many other agencies, he did not simply show the flats, but also took the time to explain the surrounding area, nearby shops, and local amenities, giving us a very helpful overview of the neighbourhood whilst also answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. I would also like to give particular recognition to Romario Mellard, who has been incredibly helpful from start to finish. From assisting with parking arrangements, organising site viewings, helping with cleaning services, and supporting us with many other matters along the way, his help has been truly appreciated. They both have made a real difference and helped us feel much more confident in making the move. The entire process was ever so smooth, well-organised, and handled with great care. Every member of staff we have dealt with was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and positive. I would happily recommend Greentick Properties to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agent.

I have had a wonderful experience with green tick. They took over from a large, well known estate agents for me after the former let me down. The problem I've always had with Astate agents is that they've never understood how stressful the home-buying/selling process is for both the buyer and the seller. The only agents who never caused me anxiety were Romario and Huseyin. The value of my home was most important to me because I had invested both money and memories into it. Indeed, they took care of everything. They were always honest and accommodating to my needs. Even when we felt unsupported by our solicitor, Green Tick expedited the process to our satisfaction. It was difficult for us to vacate this apartment, and we could not have done so without these two brilliant people. They have a magical ability to make the entire process appear effortless. When, we finally exchanged the contracts and they sent me the word "congratulations," it filled my heart not only with "homesickness," for that wonderful little flat that we are leaving, but also with hope for our new beginning. Life is full of changes and the secret is to be always ready to accept the challenges. Thanks Romario and Huseyin, for always being there to listen and happy to help!

This has been my first encounter with Green Tick Property Group and such they have not disappointed in securing my next home.
