GoogleI rang up as I was interested about a property, I spoke to a very lovely lady who’s name was Aaliyah. She was so helpful. This is the first time I have ever rang about a property as it is my first time looking for a property. Aaliyah spoke me through everything I needed to know and I felt comfortable asking questions as she was happy to answer them. GoogleI had a property which was previously let and had since received a refurbishment, instead of returning to the previous (unhelpful) Agents, I did the rounds and interviewed the local Agencies (including the previous Agents) to assess who I would use. Marks attitude and interest towards taking on the property impressed me as did the 'lack of comparison" with the other Agents in the same catchment (unlike his competitors). I put the property in his hands as fully managed, I was pleased with the way that he handled the property, feedback from my tenants has always been positive and any issues are dealt with promptly within my expectations. Thus when I was in the fortunate position to invest in further property it was a natural decision use his management. A very professional service with a good attitude to both Landlord and Tenants, and a set of fees that includes more than that of many larger more established firms, but considerably less expensive. They certainly get my double thumbs up.

You were asked not to park in our private car park, which was blocking our fire exit, whilst you carried out your shopping in the supermarket next door. There are numerous signs making people aware that the car park is for customer use only and you were not happy at being asked to move your car. We have reported this to Google as this is not a genuine review.

GoogleI first used Equity back in 2006 to sell my house in EN2. They hadn't long opened the first office in Lancaster Road and it seemed logical to use an Agent who was so close to where we lived. The house sold quite quickly, achieving close to the asking price. Since then I've purchased a small number of local properties, some from Equity themselves, and continue to use the business to manage my portfolio. Mark Szumski runs a tight ship and seems to take real pride in his work, the same attitude filtering though all of the other members of staff that I've been involved with. I can't sing their praises enough and look forward to working with the Sales, Lettings and Management teams in the future. GoogleI had a viewing arranged for today on a 2 bed flat on Brimsdown Avenue EN3. As expected the agent called me in the morning to confirm my attendance to which I confirm I will still be. I arrived at the viewing 5 minutes early but the agent wasn’t there. 10 minutes later I got frustrated and called the office but like always no one picked up. I then left because I refuse to deal with such utterly unprofessional agents. It’s their duty to at least let you know if they’re running late.

GoogleNot pleased with their service. Dealt with a staff member named Jamie Szumski and he came across very judgemental and rude from the get go and extremely unhelpful. Highly recommend that this place train their staff on tact and etiquette, because current levels is below standard.
