GoogleWe have been working with Caroline for a few months, trying to sell our property. Considering how stressful trying to sell is, it has been a pleasure, and she has been very patient with us (consistent phone calls from us), and secured us with viewings through her hard work. I would recommend Haart in general, as they have never made false promises and been fair throughout :)

GoogleThey have had an outstanding cleaning bill owed to us for 12 months now, they keep on promising to sort it out but they never return your calls or respond emails.
Sorry you feel you have had to leave a review to get through to us. Each time you've emailed us, we at the Ely office have forwarded your email to the relevant person to deal with. I have today escalated this and been told the payment has been approved. Please contact us on 01353664112 and ask to speak to Jo if you do not receive payment a payment within the next 14 days.

GoogleGreat Estate agents. INSTANT response, Caroline took me around the property within HOURS of the first phone call to them. I was then set me up with a mortgage advisor, Craig from Just Mortgages who came out specially to see me on his day off within 24hrs of making an offer. These people are sound as a pound and will do you no wrong. Highly recommended!
