Being first time buyers and having our first property fall through with another agent really disheartened us and felt like owning our own home would just be a dream.. but Callum at haart has been exceptional! He made the whole process feel so easy! Within 5 days of being in contact with Callum he got us to the point of reservation! Massive thank you to all the team at Haart Ely, we had a journey selling and buying and all the team at Haart did their absolute best to keep it all together with regular updates, chasing and lots of time consumed we finally purchased our lovely new cottage and sold to the best people too. So happy and highly recommend them all. Anna was so professional and got the job done, Mohammed was a delight to deal with showing us the property we purchased right at the start along with his great update calls, Brandon sold our property after it fell through the first time and Melissa marketed our previous property beautifully. It was always a pleasure to contact them and their customer service was excellent. Lastly Craig our mortgage adviser the man who took his time to sort the mortgage out and made it all very clear and easy to understand. All of you thank you!
