Savills is INCORRECT, UNFAIR agency

WARNING LANDLORDS!!Savills is an incorrect, unable agency. As landlords, we are still waiting for our float MONEY back nearly for a month, but nothing has happened. (Anyway, is there any reason that a property agency holds back money on a landlord, who gave authority for withdrawing any ammount needed from the letting fee....?!) They are not just EXPENSIVE, but treat us unfairly! We decided to leave them as we think paying out our 3 months income for them, and having the half a year report after 9 months and several emails and calls......it is just not in balance.So now we are repairing the flat after the tenant who they placed to us left, we are paying the contractors, but Savills is still HOLDING BACK OUR MONEY, not sending it back to our account even after several calls, emails ....we think it is even unlawful! 🤔

Terrible - Avoid at all costs

Terrible. My flat rental and development has been managed by Savills since I’ve moved in and it has become progressively worse over time. You get messed around from day 1 with big sales tactics to get you through the door but in reality they are just empty promises and unrealistic expectations. They promise you the world and in reality the experience is nothing like this.My tenancy came up for renewal recently and I was offered a price for the new lease which was agreed in writing. Savills have now attempted to change the price of the renewal a week after I have accepted it to one which is higher than that which was offered and agreed between us.Despite questioning them on this and having an agreement in writing, they are now completely unwilling to compromise with me despite them claiming they have made mistakes and they have stopped all communications. I have attempted to speak with the manager in person on two occasions and have sent emails which have been ignored. They have now let my tenancy agreement expire effectively leaving me in a no mans land not knowing what's going on or what to do next. As usual, the management is completely appalling.This experience has caused me massive stress and anxiety to the point where it has affected my sleep at night. I have made an official complaint to Savills which they say on their website will be acknowledged within 3 working days. It has now been 4 days and I have heard nothing. The only option is to bring this to the attention of the property ombudsman.Savills will mess you around and provide a terrible experience. They continue to remove services from my development yet do not replace them and year on year make us pay more for the privilege. They make no investment into the estate and are only interested in money. Avoid at all costs!

Only giving one star because I can’t put 0!! I wouldn’t recommend savills to anyone(tenant) who wants to rent a property. The list is long…! Just a few things * the employers I had to deal with were awfully rude! *he didn’t have a clue what he was on about , feeding me full of ridiculous excuses! With no explanations *poor communication *they don’t care in helping people in situations in desperate need (with the funds to hand and in employment and with guarntor) always after the money not interested in any customer care or service. * total waste of my time letting me view properties and then knowing fully well they will let to someone else because they look down thier noses at people! Awful awful!! Do not go with these! ! Say no more!

Tami is very helpful and repsonsive

Tami at Savills has really helped me keep on top of a difficult situation regarding a recurring leak that is impacting the current tenants in my apartment. She has been really responsive and helped manage comms between tenants, another estate agent who manage the flat with the leak, as well as various plumbers to get to the bottom of the issue. As an overseas landlord I really appreciate everything Tami does as we're operating in different time zones!
