My tenancy is still ongoing but I wanted write this review because Knight Frank has been very good so far. In particular, Rachel Yang (Property Manager) is very good to deal with. She is polite and listens to issues. She has tried her best efforts to help me with issues and helps get to a good resolution (or compromise with the landlord). She acknowledges where contractors, plumbers, etc are being difficult and takes charge to get things done. I really appreciate her efforts and services. I hope I continue to receive good service from Knight Frank! I have dealt with other agencies before but they are definitely better than the others.

GoogleOutstanding experience of Knight Frank. We purchased our house through Andrew Chambers and were so impressed with the experience we used them again for the sale, our agents being Natalie Berthiaud and Andrew. Both were absolutely superb - professional, responsive, took initiative and did exactly what was necessary to get us a sale for the right price, then get the deal done and keep all parties on time. They were always available for calls and really took the time to ensure that we were looked after. I would recommend them without hesitation and will without question be using them if we move again.
