We just had a great rental house search with Knight Frank. It was a bit rushed, since we were informed at the last minute that our former rental would no longer be available, so we had to find a place within our budget, our location parameters, and our space requirements more quickly than we might have hoped. Knight Frank was terrific at finding and showing us rental homes that met our requirements, and we were able to close the deal for our new rental in record time with their welcome guidance. Special thanks to Sophie Alexander and Kamran Shirazi for their care and expertise during the sometimes stressful process!

We have received a truly extraordinary service from Adam Burlison and his team in Esher: Amanda, Hayley and Maisie. Both our sale and purchase had various complications built in but Adam and his team helped us navigate the many hurdles and challenges brilliantly. Adam himself is a superstar. Always available (no matter what timezone I was in ;) and his knowledge of the market and frankly anything to do with selling and buying a property in the UK is second to none. In the end he and his team made what could have been a very complicated process a very enjoyable and successful experience for my entire family. Cannot recommend Knight Frank in Esher enough.

AVOID THIS AGENCY! unethical treatment, unprofessional behaviour, unethical landlord

if i could give less stars i would. AVOID AT ANY COST! Absolutely unprofessional behaviour and unethical treatment. absolutely unethical landlord. rented with them in St Johns Wood. NEVER AGAIN! they never respond on time - had to chase them for confirming move out date for months! the flat was provided in a disgusting state to me: very dirty (the tissues were simply black after cleaning, which i sent to them), smelled of the fresh paint for 3 weeks and I got intoxicated and was vomiting for days because of this. The fridge smelled of curry for 3 months after move in date. I have documented the poor state of everything in that apartment, and God it was poor! the apartment is practically falling apart - the walls are covered with scratches, the doors not closing properly, the windows so ancient that my grandmother had better for the place with chickens on a farm 30 years ago. not to mention the gap of 5 cm wide between the front door/ entrance door and the floor, causing draught and constant windows banging inside apartment each time someone was passing in the corridor. now the landlord is not returning my deposit saying he wants to repaint the walls at my cost. and the agency - despite me having provided thousands of pictures showing each millimetre of the flat in the poor state when i moved in, does not say a thing. pretending a landlord is saying the truth claiming i damaged the walls, when i have sms from him and emails from knight frank acknowledging the scratches on the walls and all the rest related to the poor state of the flat.-UPDATE: still no response to my numerous emails, their agents who were in contact with me on my case are not picking up and are never available. only received email confirming registration of my complaint. Landlord is also ignoring all my countless attempts to get in touch. i raised a dispute on tds. it will take a very long period of time to get through the process so avoid this agency as plague. unethical bunch of unprofessional people. will now have to wait until 22nd november for the landlord or agency to respond on dispute claim raised by me. will keep this updated on progressUPDATE2: a week later and still no response from Knight Frank. please avoid them if you want to get your deposit backUPDATE 3: their complaints team is just as useless and unprofessional as all of the agents i have dealt with. they did not offer any solution to me or tried talking to the laddlord, who is still not responding to my countless emails and calls, in emails i also cc the knight frank colleagues. instead they say it is not their responsibility as the property is managed by landlord. it is of course totally ok for them that i paid them, but they have 0 responsibilty to their tenants. 0! not even to ensure the info i shared on move in date on the terrible state of the property is documented in the check in report. because clearly the check out report shows all damages i reported to knight frank as damages caused by me. landlord now uses this claiming deductions in tds dispute raised by me. i have no doubt i will get my money back in full because i have all pictures and documented evidence i sent right away when i moved in, but the tds process takes months. STAY AWAY FROM JNIGHT FRANK: RENT FROM SMALLER MORE PROFESSIONAL AGENCIES. I GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK IN FULL WITH 0 PROBLEMS FROM OTHER AGENCIES

Leigh Glazebrook demonstrated exemplary professionalism and dedication coupled with enthusiasm and positivity; from the beginning we had complete confidence in Leigh. He advised us on how to prepare our property for sale and then coordinated the launch, producing a stunning brochure and advising us on the Sale process, including our part in the procedure. This is the best experience I’ve ever…

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an agent, it was seamless, expert, generous and kind. Without Lara I would never have found this house or had the confidence to buy it, she’s a total gem. Helen and Rosie made it possible for me to view the house multiple times, take a builder and an architect with me, and give me the full picture about the house and the village. The process was extremely efficient, clear and well managed, no question was too stupid and no asked too difficult. We couldn't be happier with our experience of Knight Frank, Richmond in the handling of our purchase. We'd recently pulled out of a previous sale, poorly managed by Chase Buchanan, and had an unpleasant experience in the way we were treated as buyers.From the very beginning of our dealings with Zara at Knight Frank (Richmond) we felt listened to and supported. Flat maintenance issues

We had some major issues throughout September and October concerning fixtures of a flat managed by Knight Frank. The property maintenance manager, Shantel Sikanartey, promptly stepped in, took control of the correspondence, liaised with the Body Corporate, organised the extensive repairs and required purchases, correspondence with the tenants and kept us appraised of the process. We are very appreciative of Shantel's very hard work and support over an extended period of time and could not think of a better person to have managed this difficult experience for us. I recently rent a house via Esher Knight Frank through a letting negotiator named Beth Tighe who has been helpful, understanding and constructive throughout the whole process. The best part is during the contract drafting, Beth managed to make the contract more flexible based on my personal situation, which I appreciate a lot.Additionally, Beth is professional and responsible before moving in. She pointed out the places in the house that have not been cleaned to the standards and suggested to the Landlord that cleaners come back to do it again.The only place that Knight Frank needs to improve is that remembering to include the holding deposit paid in the initial payments/Invoice. some customers may forget already paying the holding deposit.

Knight Frank Hungerford Office - Excellent service

Following a friend's successful house sale using Knight Frank's Hungerford office, we engaged KF Hungerford to sell my mother's house in south Oxfordshire after she moved into a care home. Rob and his team at KF Hungerford did an excellent job in putting a sale brochure together, with superb photographs, and getting a steady stream of serious viewers. The house was listed, with a thatched outbuilding, and wasn't an immediate sell, but KF found us a good buyer and supported us through the whole transaction process with patience, tact and efficiency. A challenging transaction made possible by Knight Frank

I bought via the selling agents Knight Frank. My own sale transaction turned into the stuff of nightmares and took 7 months to complete! Throughout this time I dealt with Michael Houlden at the Cambridge office of Knight Frank. Michael was brilliant throughout and had to do rather a lot of placating of his understandably increasingly anxious sellers. He’d check in with me from time to time and always offer sensible, but not overbearing, advice on how I might resolve the various obstacles in the way of my own sale. On top of that Michael always responded immediately to any queries I had. I’ve just woken up in my beautiful new home and I don’t think I’d have been able to say that unless I’d had the support, as I did, from Michael.
