GoogleI have just let my six bedroom property through James Fancy Bourne in Esher. I have found the service that I received to be first class. Chris came out to photograph the property within half an hour or being called and by the end of the day the property was on the internet. As a landlord of many years experience I gave clear instructions as to how the let should be kept simple and these instructions were respectfully followed to the word. All the members of staff were bright and polite throughout the whole process. When a let was agreed the paperwork was turned round at lightening speed. I highly recommend the team at James Fancy Bourne in Esher

GoogleI had my property in the market with James Fancy and because of their network, they found a buyer within weeks despite the current slow market. Cody has dealt with my sale and she was very professional, acts prompltly, followed and chased all parties involved in the sale to ensure everything is running smoothly. Besides negotiating hard for my sale, Cody advised me on my forward purchase. I would recommend James Fancy and I will definately use their services in the future.

GoogleChris and Sian from the Lettings team have been fantastic in finding a new tenant for us; from start to finish they kept us up to date with the progress, we didn't need to chase for updates as it's often the case with other agents and the whole process was quick and smooth from start to finish. Excellent service overall, Chris and Sian are extremely professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and responsive. Absolute pleasure to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend James Fancy!

FacebookBourne! Please stop pestering people already signed up with other agents, especially old folk! My parents have just been automatically signed up with Bourne despite being told a number of times when doorstepped at their home they didn't want to sign with them, causing them distress.

GoogleIt has been a real pleasure to deal with Chris from James Fancy estate agents recently. He is a lovely caring person whilst still being very professional ,whom tries exceptionally hard on your behalf to find you a property to suit your requirements. He genuinely cares about his clients, he is not a "time waster" he does not show you anything that he personally does not think is right for you, which as a person with a limited time span in which to find a new home is just what I needed. I can honestly say that whenever Chris called me I always answered his call compared with other agencies that bombarded me with rubbish!. A truly exceptional estate agency with great staff.

FacebookAmazing! Sold my flat through Bourne in Guildford and was happy from start to finish. I was impressed with their approach and how the whole team was introduced to the property before the selling commenced. So different to some of the big chains of agents. Sold quickly and for more than I originally thought I would get. Service didn't stop there, the whole sale was handled professionally until the day of completion, with regular updates and always going over and above what was needed. Certainly helped during what is considered one of the most stressful times in life . Won't hesitate to use them again

FacebookShame there's no zero star option. We decided not to relist our property with the Bourne after a number of mistakes (eg putting a 'For Rent' sign outside our house, instead of 'for sale') and a disappointing handling of a sale which fell through after 3 months. Rather than just accepting we have the right to go with another estate agent now (as our initial contract has expired), they are threatening legal action if we don't relist with them. As if that instills any confidence in them! Tread carefully.
