I am so pleased with the services provided by Will Waterworth and Issac. Will is the sales representative who gave us immediate support and clear explanation whenever needed. Issac is the person in charge at the site who helped with fixing all the issues after the completion of our property. He is so nice and helpful and gave us genuine support to help get all the issues sorted out.

There is immense irony in this company’s slogan - ‘thoughtful homes’. This business is far from thoughtful. They used the unadopted road adjacent to our house as a logistics route to their construction site for months, shaking our house relentlessly each and every day as articulated lorries thundered past. They arranged a structural survey beforehand to record any pre-existing damage. When we contacted them about the cracks and crumbling plasterboard in our property they (eventually) denied all responsibility. They are completely unresponsive to complaints or correspondence. I would not trust them as far as I could throw them.

Hi, the purchase if the property was seamless. All the sales staff were incredibly helpful, as are the site managers. There were absolutely no problems to report when we took the keys and it was spotlessly clean. Cant’t recommend Anwyl high enough.

Moved in in September 2023 and couldn’t be happier with the service I received leading up to moving in and afterwards also. Beforehand, Gyllian made the experience stress-free and easy. All my snagging has been done by beginning of December and all concerns addressed super quick by Isaac and Andy and the team.

We moved into our new home in November 2025. The general build quality and fit and finish is good. As you can imagine there have been issues that have required snagging, but they've been managed well by Sarah, the Customer Service Co‑ordinator for our development at Anwyl'shead office. Great job Sarah. The quality of remediation work has been good too.

Great customer service from Paul Higham, Customer Service Technician yesterday! Paul came to repaint our en-suite and did a great job, he was very friendly and left the room spotless.
