GoogleI can not thank the team at Bramleys enough. They made what was a very sad experience having to sell our late parents home very easy with a very thoughtful and professional service. Thank you so much everyone special thanks to Mel who communicated everything to us consistently.

GoogleDon't bother viewing properties with these. Deem fit to show you a property and send you an application but within one day gets a phone call to say the landlord has gone with someone else!!!! My partner had sent his in but I had to wait to the next day for pay slips but was told they wouldn't wait landlord already made decision Such an unfair process and timewasters!!!!!

GoogleWe recently bought our new house with Bramleys. From the moment we completed our first viewing we started speaking to Mel quite regularly. We had a number of viewings throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Despite using an agent with no high street presence to sell out previous property Mel still kept us fully informed about the position of our sale and purchase. I would highly recommend Bramleys (Elland) and if you're fortunate to have Mel looking after you then rest assured you will be taken care of.

Disappointed with the way my viewing was handled, initially scheduled, then canceled and rescheduled in a way that gave others a clear advantage. I wasn’t given a fair chance to view or offer before the property was taken off the market.

Avoid these if you can! Terrible! We were told that all viewings were on hold on a property we wanted to buy and we got to the day of a property being sold SSTC and we were told someone else was going into the office to also show proof of funds and ID. The following unfolded.

Once again comes into apartment block to check on property for sale, lets the door slam ( disturbing other residents) then left letting door bang again, when confronted sorry she said it was a accident ( twice ) I don’t live here I’m not bothered attitude.
