GoogleKerry Watkins at Bramleys in elland, as well as Joeanne Higgins have been superb and supportive throughout the entire selling of our house. We had some unfortunate things happen in our selling journey but Kerry was positive all the way and really restored my faith the whole time. She’s a pleasure to have dealt with. I’m sure the whole team are amazing too. Highly recommend anyone to sell with Bramleys in elland !

GoogleAfter nearly two years on the selling journey, which began in April 2024, we have finally completed the sale of our property through the team at Bramleys Estate Agents on Victoria Road, Elland. It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. GoogleWe bought our house through Mel Smith at Bramley's and I can't sing her praises any higher! we had a terrible time with our solicitors but Mel was always on hand to give them a push. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always on hand to help and give advice. Regular updates, via phone & email guided us through the experience and the end result "House Sold" We are well passed retirement age and are happy to have simplified at this time in life and to have the comfort of an apartment after 47 years in a family house. GoogleBramley’s were excellent! I listed my property for sale with Bramley’s after another agent had not managed to sell it, after being on the market for 3 months. I was particularly happy with how Bramley’s marketed my home, it showed the positives whilst not being misleading. Bramley’s were able to secure A LOT of viewings straight away and I received a few reasonable offers. Mel was very responsive by email throughout the process and able to offer advice and answer any questions that I had. If I contacted Bramley’s on a weekend I was still able to speak to someone so I was really impressed. I received an asking price offer after a few weeks. Mel was very capable with helping to progress the sale and communicated with the solicitors to ensure everyone was kept in the loop. SOverall I was very impressed with Bramley’s, this was my fourth house so I’ve experienced a few different estate agents and felt that Bramley’s really did go above and beyond and put a lot of work into selling my home. Total Joke. Another cancellation but failed to notify me, 70 miles worth of petrol (there and back) said they would have rung me at 1pm but i had set of at 11am for a 12noon viewing...fuming !!!

GoogleHave got to say this is the best estate agent I've known. Due to purchasing my house with them 5 years ago and receiving excellent service then I went back last year and purchased my second house to which they did not disappoint. Mel went above and beyond in every aspect she could to make me feel I was there only customer, excellent service thoughout and she always got back to me the same day, even after the sale went though Mel helped me with a few questions I had. Thank you so much highly reccomend this branch .

They are pretty good at repairs and maintenance but unfortunately, they keep putting up the rent and my income is not going up to keep up with it as I am a pensioner and I have arthritis and other problems which is costing me more than the average person to cope with so this is causing me extreme anxiety, depression and worry. I am already having to cut down on food and heating costs. If things get worse I am wring to all the newspapers, MPs etc. Update: Recent roof leak, the guy said he would come back to put up an emergency covering but that never happened on Saturday, its Monday and still no cover. No answer to phone calls.
