YellExceptional Service.
Never had a problem with this company! We've rented two properties through them and would do so again in a heartbeat. We've bought our own home recently so renting is not a likely option for us again but we are so pleased with their conduct, level of service and professionalism that if we ever sell, we will be putting our house in their hands. Cannot go wrong with Cluny's.

The team were friendly, professional and always on hand to help, sorting any issue that arose in a timely manner. When I first approached in October 2020, Cluny's handled my enquiries very honestly in a situation where many others might have easily covered things up. I was touched by their honesty and became a client. It proved that it was very worthwhile and a right decision. Throughout of the time of being a client, I experienced their good and helpful services and reasonable handling of things. When I moved out recently in July, they did their best to be flexible with my uncertain situations, reasonably refunded my deposit and overpaid rent even after I had left Elgin!

I have been renting a Cluny's property for almost 4 years now and in that time I have always been met with smiles and good service! If there was ever a problem with anything in the flat, they were always quick to resolve the issue and happy to do so! I have heard horror stories about other letting agents, but I can safely say I never experienced anything like that with Cluny's! They have always been kind and friendly, any issue was resolved swiftly and without confrontation, and I was always spoken to with respect and understanding! It has been a genuine joy to live in one of their property's for so long!I do not have a single bad thing to say about any of the staff at Cluny's and I can not recommend them enough!

Bought our first home through Mya at the Elgin Branch and she took away any worries and stress we had. Her professionalism was second to none and really took time to understand what we were after. After finding out dream home she took the time to explain the whole process as due to being first time buyers it was a little daunting. She was very quick with all communication, we had no issues and would highly recommend. Thanks for making the process for us so simple and enjoyable.

Having recently bought our home through Cluny I can wholeheartedly recommend them. A local family owned and run company offering both professionalism and a personal touch. Nothing was too much trouble for Mya, who liased with the vendors and organised for us to have the keys for a couple of hours in advance of the sale going through, which allowed us to measure up and have another look around. She also ensured that things went smoothly on the completion date.

Worst estate agents. Applied for a property, firstly when going into Cluny's itself the ladies in the office aren't very helpful and they make you feel like you're wasting their time and their too busy to help you. Just took our application and didn't even give an outline of time to hear back. Called them a week later, took 3 days before I could even speak to someone!! They said it's with the landlord and they will get back to us. To this day over a month later still haven't heard a single thing. Thankfully we went elsewhere and we're so happy we did as the company we have gone through is professional and so helpful. I feel sorry for anyone who rents through Cluny's. Poorly run business, unhelpful and rude staff and to be honest they have no care over their properties, they're filthy hence the cheap prices! The man who showed us around our properties was the worst, he was very rude and just said he had to go elsewhere whilst we were still looking. Stay away from this agency!

Have heard a lot about this place. Did not believe it until i attempted to rent through them. Viewed a flat after being told separately by someone who worked there that it wasnt available a week prior i was told this was the only property viewing available to me. Despite their no under 21s rule - which i am over- i was told they would be in contact and i received no reply after trying to contact them i was basically told i had to have a valid reason for wanting to talk to an advisor and 'discussing my options' was not good enough. I have a very stable job and plenty of references and a guarantor. I was ignored when asking to view anymore properties. I felt horribly treated and uncomfortable. Not to mention their very high deposits on propertys. Would not recommend this place to anyone. PhP lettings is round the corner and a far more friendly environment.

Cluny Estate Agents are possibly the worst estate agents I have ever come across in my life.Whilst enquiring about a property not only had all of their 'new' properties already supposedly already been rented but they also threw down the clanger with their refusal to rent to Under 21's. According to one of their estate agents, who looked no older than 21 himself, the reason for this is that "It's the way kids are these days". 'Kids', the legal age to rent a flat is 18... You are not a 'kid' when you are 18, you are an adult. Subsequently you are neither a 'kid' at 19 or 20 for that matter.I've been living alone for the past three years however apparently references from two separate agents and having your employer as a guarantor isn't enough to satisfy their backward ways. It's little wonder that the majority of young people in Moray are forced in to council housing. Their discriminatory ways are beyond comprehension and really quite insulting.Also, a £600 per month flat DOES NOT require a £900 deposit. Again this shows their complete lack of trust in their customers. If they are really so terrified of their properties being damaged then I recommend they review their processes when checking out potential tenants as they obviously aren't strenuous enough as they currently stand.It's a shame you can't choose a no star rating as I almost feel shameful to give them one star at all.

Came to view the property within 2 days, photographed the house and arranged the Home report a day later and had the property on the usual platforms within 2 days. They accompanied the prospective purchasers and sold the house within 3 days. Highly recommended without any reservations.
