GoogleI was extremely pleased with the way that Nevin & Wells handled the sale of my property. I had gone to them because they were a local independent agent with real ties to the community and knowledge on the market. The situation could have been extremely complicated as I had tenants living at the property, an ex partner/co-owner and I do not live in the UK anymore. However, Josh was on hand every step of the way, giving regular email updates and even using Facetime Audio to call me when we needed to speak on the phone. He rehoused my current tenants with ease, (which was one of my main concerns as I did not want them to be left homeless) leaving me free of stress and worry during the sale process. We sold the house in less than 8 weeks to a qualified buyer with no trouble at all. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much to Josh and the team. I will certainly be using them again for future endeavors.

GoogleI was extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism when selling and buying my property through Nevin & Wright. I had seen a property in an area I had been looking to upsize to, and viewed it through them the following day. My wife and I really liked the property so decided to try and sell mine in order to get it. Within that week they had come round to give me a valuation, and got my property up and running to sell. I managed to agree a sale within a two week period and secure the house I wanted to buy. I was absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish, and would recommend David Wells personally who I happened to deal with in this transaction.

GoogleDavid and the Nevin & Wells team were great to deal with through our just-completed property sale in Egham. From a first visit to discuss the market conditions and a valuation of our property, through getting the house onto, and then openly discussing the state of the market, to managing visits, offers and eventual management of a complex chain, David's positive and can-do attitude, along with his boundless tenacity and enthusiasm, made a difficult process feel (relatively!) stress-free. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

TrustpilotUnresponsive and Difficult to Deal With
Chased for weeks to get my deposit returned with no meaningful response. Slow to resolve anything and completely unhelpful. It seems the only way to get a reply is to go through the deposit protection scheme. Not an easy or helpful agency to deal with. Would not recommend.

GoogleWhen I rented a place, we found a place through Nevin& Wells, they gave us good impressions. Two years later, we wanted to buy a property, we still use them to find a property, they are very professional and very efficient, they always follow up the progress in time. They are very good.

FacebookI cannot recommend Nevin & Wells more highly. The Lettings team managed my mother’s property for two years. Whenever anything needed fixing they provided me solutions not problems. They could not have been more responsive. When we put the house up for sale the Sales team kept an eye on it for the 8 months it took to actually finalise the sale, going way beyond what I would expect of estate agents. The company is very friendly professional and patient! Thank you very much for everything and for the final sale.

They went the extra mile, and I always felt that they kept the communication with seller and buyer very open which is key during the sale of your property. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI had a positive experience when I got a quick response to needing a spare key after getting locked out. Despite it being a Sunday, Paul Nevin was able to come round in less than 10 minutes and let me back in. They were very efficient in helping.

GoogleGot lots of support in a very diffucult time, when I had to leave my apartment unattended. I doubt any other let agent would have agreed so much extra support for nearly no charge, and in any case they were flexible to accomodate my requests. It's seldom to find a let agent who is sympathetic, professional, but also firm with misbehaving tenants at the same time.
