First me and my partner met Mike when viewing a property in Egham and he was excellent. Though the house wasn't right for us he was incredibly respectful and quickly booked us in to view another. We met David there who was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and professional. We loved the house and they bent over backwards to get everything done within a very short deadline. We've had terrible experiences with all of the other main estate agents but Nevin & Wells are leagues ahead. I can't thank them enough for helping us to buy our first home. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Nevin and Wells sold my house last week. They are legends I can’t even begin to explain the ups and downs we went through with Covid etc..... but they were honest and helpful throughout. Kept the buyers happy and the communication was great just what we needed. From the start they are all local so they know what houses are worth in the area so gave me competitive yet honest advice regarding marketing at a good value. Also they have sold a number of other flats in my block over the years so I didn’t have to explain anything. The buyers they bought round to view all seemed to be genuinely interested in the flat or something similar (so didn’t waste my time) we got an offer quickly. All the way through they not only supported me but when things needed chasing or following up they did that for me too. Anyway I felt they did such a good job I had to review them and it’s 5 stars all round. Paul was who I went through but chatted to or met all the others and they are all great. Everyone knew my flat and my selling situation so I didn’t have to explain myself everytime I called or popped in. Amazing!! just bought our first home through Nevin and Wells and they were truly amazing! We had been looking for a home for 6 months before we found this one and Paul was by far the nicest estate agent we had dealt with. Unfortunately, our purchase was extremely drawn out (10 months) due to Covid and horrendous solicitors we used but they kept us sane. Great communication the whole way, Paul went above and beyond to help speed the process up and honestly couldn't thank them enough! we are over the moon with our property and if/when we move again, they will be the only estate agent I would deal with! Very Good Agents!

Dealt with Paul in Egham and tbh my purchase was on the verge of collapse but he introduced me to his mortgage broker contact who by some miracle got it all done in 6-8 weeks! Would've given 5 stars if they were easier to get hold of as called so many times just to talk once. And a couple of times i believe they were abit rude to me which i kept calm about at the time but could've been handled better!
