Legends! I just sold my flat with Paul from Nevin and Wells and he was so helpful throughout. I felt I had to write a review because I really feel he went above and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble. I felt well supported and I was always able to chat on the phone or by email. Between exchange and completion I got a leak (you can’t make it up) I was trying to get it sorted and just mentioned it to Paul and he knew someone local who could help (the guy did a great job for a good price and it was sorted, but that’s another review) the issue was resolved intime for completion. The advantage of a local company they know local people and they know what the buyers want and where they can get it. I also viewed some good houses on with them but we have now moved out of area. I could go on and on - but look really helpful would recommend my friends and family to use them and ultimately my flat was sold and that’s what you want. I am about to send a personal card to them to say thanks. Very happy customer.

I bought my house in 2014 from Nevin & Wells. Recently I have been fighting to save my right of way at the back of my garden that was unceremoniously blocked by a neighbour. Nevin & Wells staff were very helpful & provided me with an honest straightforward statement relating to this right of way, and with the help of many other honest citizens I have won my right of way back and British justice has come through. I now have the peace of mind of having my back entrance to the garden again. I would like to say a big thank you to Nevin & Wells, an excellent team, I wish all of the you great success in the future! 😊.

Peace of mind with Nevin and Wells

We have just completed on a sale with NEVIN and WELLS Estate Agents in Egham, Surrey. We have used other Estate Agents in previous years and none have come up to the standards we have received from Nevin and Wells. They are highly professional but with a great personal touch. We found them to be very honest and extremely helpful, they always return 'phone calls and respond to e-mails. I cannot express how they have made such a difference to what can become a very stressful event. We would thoroughly recommend this Company if you are selling or buying in the area. You will get a fantastic service at a fair and reasonable cost.

I wish I could give them a lower rating. Never deal with them over the phone. By their own words, they don't care about phone conversations or take notes of even important things. I was given a furnished property despite the property being advertised as unfurnished and they claimed that I didn't tell them that I wanted it unfurnished in writing. What a joke. I am glad the flat had a lockable door and a roof considering I didn't confirm that in writing either.

We have just finished our third transaction with Nevin and Wells - they are easily the most honest and reliable agent we have come across in the local area. We originally bought our first home through Nevin and Wells back in 2011 - at this time they were helpful, informative and kept us up to speed on every development which was great as first time buyers - their recommendations were excellent and we have continued to use the broker and solicitor to this day. We completed easily with no problems. We have now just sold our house through them again, and purchased our new home through them too. The sales team are made up of very genuine people and we much preferred their approach rather than the pushy bullish sales approach of most other agents we had contacted for an initial valuation. They sold our house within three days and achieved the best price. When faced with complications from our buyer, resolutions were reached quickly through their negotiation skills. Simply put, we trust their advice because they are good at what they do - would not hesitate to recommend.

All I can say is 'Excellent'!! The team in Egham have been absolutlely brilliant, really helpful and not how I would expect the classic 'estate agents' to be. Always had time for me, ensured I had the information and support I needed during a very dificult time in my life. Bought a lovely house from Nevin & Wells, they were faultless throughout the entire sale. There's not much to say with aftersales when buying a house, but Mr Nevin sees me on the commute regularly (and on weekends sporadically) and always gives me a smile and a wave. It's the little things that make a difference in customer service. Happy to recommend these guys, at least for sales!

Lettings management are excellent. In 7 years as a landlord they are by far the best I had of several local agents. The team are friendly, efficient, and very practical and proactive in managing the rental basics and the little issues that inevitably come up.
