GoogleI viewed a property for sale with VMH. Put in a note of interest and an offer at homereport value for the property via my solicitor. This was rejected. Then when looking online a week later, I noticed the property had gone under offer with no communication of this to myself or my solicitor.
On contacting VMh my solicitor was told their client didn't want to sell to an investor.
Very poor communication, disrespectful to a potential buyer and will not be spending my time viewing properties for sale by vmh again.

We were disappointed to read your review. Whilst we are not obliged to update buyers when an offer is received, we do aim to provide clear communication to interested parties and/or their solicitors and there has been an oversight in this case.
The seller isn’t obliged to set a closing date and of course it is their right to accept any offer, which is what happened in this case.
No disrespect was intended, though we appreciate you are disappointed in the outcome.
