GoogleTheir service is so terrible. They don’t like updating anything to me as a landlord. They only proactively contacted me, when they requested maintenance fees from me. When I am confused about anything, they don’t like picking up my calls or emails. The property management person always gives me silent treatments.

GoogleThe Savills team did an excellent job. Our property was professionally marketed and all expressions of interest were handled effectively. Importantly the team managed all the certifications which made dealing with the issue remotely far easier. Our tenant is now in place following references and we are happy with the outcome.

GoogleGreat experience renting with Savills - Tiffany & the Edinburgh lettings office in particular have been very helpful and friendly throughout the process, so it was a lot easier & less stressful than with other agents we've encountered in the past. Definitely recommend!

GoogleTiffany & Christian have both been wonderfully kind and helpful through the letting application process. They were both very responsive and patient and made a somewhat difficult experience (this is our first apartment in Scotland) much easier. Would absolutely recommend using Savills Edinburgh.
