GoogleJust a great experience with Michael. Proof of the pudding was in the eating. He valued one of my properties at 10% over the value assessed by another premium agency and sold it at his price. And on another transaction he handled on my behalf, he sold within 3 months after I had disinstructed another premium Edinburgh agency who had it on their books for 6 months.
