Sarah and Laura were great. They were there every step of the way, kept me informed, explained everything in a helpful way, and just made the process easy. The other team members I interacted with were also very helpful and the process went smoothly. Would definitely recommend Deans Properties to anyone looking for a solicitor in the future.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Deans. Jacqui has been outstanding and supported us every step of the way. This is the second house purchase she has handled for us, and once again she has been incredibly professional and efficient. I also want to mention Jane and Carol, who were both fantastic throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Deans to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jacqui did a great job in guiding us through and completing our first purchase. She was very professional and communicative, as well as kind. We would recommend her conveyancing service! Some feedback on the general process would be to consider setting up an in-person meeting at the beginning of the conveyancing (post offer) so as to get a chance to go over all the necessary steps and ask questions, as there was a lot of email back-and-forth that perhaps could have been reduced that way. However, we understand that this may not always be possible. Another comment would be that the Cashroom sometimes lacked organization, as a few of our documents were requested twice, causing unnecessary delays. These are minor frustrations involved in any buying process, but Jacqui made it easy and fast for us, and we would like to thank her again for all the work she did!

We had the best experience with Deans. From initial contact through a to a lengthy conclusion as our buyers' finance wasn't quite in order, Jen and the team have kept us updated amd reassured every step of the way and kept on top of the buyers' solicitors. I would highly recommend Deans!

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for your professionalism, care and attention we have received throughout the lengthy process of selling our existing house and the purchasing of our new home. We are very well aware there were times when Deans had to go the extra mile to achieve completion of the legal processes for the 7th August completion date. The service we have received has been seamless from start to finish and every effort was made to reduce any concerns we had during the process. We will have no hesitation in highly recommending Deans to family, friends and anyone requiring an Estate agent with in-house Solicitors in the future.

I have bought two properties and sold one with Deans and they have been incredible. From the legal side, Laura is beyond wonderful - super fast, ruthlessly efficient, always responsive and still friendly and a pleasure to work with. From the sales side, Donna was equally fabulous. She gave us great advice and really walked us through the whole process. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

From the get go, Deans have been superb. From the free initial valuation, through marketing our house and then our new purchase, the service has been fantastic. The entire team have been both professional and courteous throughout, but most importantly patient and reassuring. Thank you Deans!

We have partnered with Deans Properties on two separate real estate purchases. We are experienced where real estate purchases are concerned and believe we are qualified to comment on the nature and ease of such transactions. Deans Properties are the best firm we have worked with, by far. They make the process effortless, and they are consummate professionals. We are extremely impressed with their thoroughness, accessibility, and patience. We very much hope and intend to partner with them in future instances, and recommend them as exceptional and ideal. With Thanks.

We can’t thank the team at Deans enough for their help and support through the tricky process of selling our home! We had quite a bit of bad luck but we were guided through all the highs and lows🎢 by the team, with special support from Jane and Laura. Happy to say we are now settled in our new home.😀 A&S
