I received excellent pre purchase support from Joyce Cronin who kept me up to date over several months (even years?!). All the Dandara team have been helpful since I moved into The Pavilions. Apartment living obviously has compromises but the location is great!

TrustpilotDON’T BUY ANYTHING BUILT NY THESE COWBOYS!
The quality of the build at Spectrum beggars belief. They appear to have forgotten to put in a damp course. They forgot to back fill when they fitted the window, but someone thought to disguise that by putting in a plank of wood to hide it. They put internal plasterboard against an external wall so no heat synch therefore massive condensation problems. Instead of finishing the slab floor they just put a tachi coat on and added carpet underlay. I honestly believe if they ever find a gap in the foundations it’ll be from concrete accidentally poured over their stetsons. I wish I could upload photos, the flat is 12 years old! I would not have believed any builder could have gotten away with this poor quality build if I hadn’t seen it for myself
