Absolutely shocking state of the development after completion of all the homes, and Dandara has clearly 'moved on' to more important projects leaving huge expenses for the management company / residents to pick up.

We are planning to buy a new Dandara home, so met with Joe and Andrew at Battle in East Sussex. Joe spent several hours explaining the site plans to us- and he constantly asked us if we had any questions, then taking the time to explain any worries raised by us.We found both Joe and Andrew very professional and approachable, and would highly recommend.

A very smooth process from start to finish. The front office sales team are very helpful (Jo and Dale) and kept us informed of the progress through out the build.We are impressed with the quality of the build, which was completed on time. Any snagging issues we have had so far have been dealt with swiftly. These have all been minor issues.

Hi we moved in to our new house in North Berwick a few days ago built by Dandara. I am very happy with the service we have received. The house is amazing. The worst house I’ve ever brought! 2years after purchase the whole house needs repointing as they used the wrong concrete mix so sand is falling out on a daily basis in piles around my house. As well as still have a leaking shower which has caused over £5000 worth of damage.

Dandara have been managing a Jersey property on my behalf for several years now. From finding a suitable tenant to ensuring that the property is well maintained their service has been efficient and professional.I did consider deducting one star because their management fees are slightly higher than some, but relented because the service is of a high quality.
