GoogleI can’t thank the team at Clancys enough for their support during our recent house sale and purchase. Kerry got our property onto the market in no time, and we managed to secure a sale within around a week. Despite a few challenges on the buyer’s side, Gemma and Ross in the legal team were fantastic, keeping me calm throughout and working tirelessly to see the sale through to completion. I would highly recommend Clancys to anyone. Thank you all again!

GoogleClancys Solicitors are professional, attentive and supportive. I have worked with them on two occasions, both relating to property purchases, and in both instances they have exceeded expectations. I felt that my case was in good hands and all proceedings were handled with ease and care. They spent time on listening to my questions and ensuring that all my questions were answered. I would not go anywhere else when it comes to property purchases or related services, and highly recommend anyone to be working with them, you are in good hands. Thank you again for everything Paul and Gemma!

GoogleI was very pleased with Kerry from Clancy's regarding the sale of our property and purchase of our new home. Our property was sold wild with 10days of going on the market. They were prompt with our conveyancing, keeping us informed at each stage. Our equity was settled and in our bank account at the day of sale. The fees were also very reasonable.

FacebookI've twice used Clancys now for two rather difficult sales/purchases and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Paul and the team have really proved themselves and been wonderful and supportive. They communicate well and promptly, they are very clear in their explanations, not to mention very personable too. I feel that they really do go the extra mile and have fought our corner. For this most recent transaction we'd really like to thank the team as it's been very trying and they've worked very hard over the last months and especially recently with all the manifest difficulties. It's been a very long journey but their calm and clear support and direction has been so helpful and invaluable - and we are so appreciative of their calm & cool heads in an emergency!
Thank you for the lovely recommendation!
