With having to sell property for an elderly relative having to go into a nursing home, I was at a loss to where I should begin & as the relative's existing solicitor made it so hard to get the process started, decided to try AC after being recommended by a friend. I started with an informal online chat which led them to arrange a visit of the property to discuss price & options & also visit this relative at care home, I cannot recommend & thank Aberdein Considine enough! All the team were exceptional in guiding me through the whole process which led to a very surprising quick sale!!

The whole process from start to finish was smooth. They guide you through the process, are on hand to answer any questions, no matter how silly they may seem, and the staff we dealt with were all very friendly.One constructive, minor, point to make is to perhaps ensure all documents are proof read with more accuracy before sharing with your clients - little details only and nothing critical, but something to perhaps improve on.Otherwise, keep up the good work Inverurie :)
