TrustpilotConsistently Poor
Pretty consistently poor in all regards. To contact them is very tricky, as phone lines either are not checked or ring through. Email communication is very poor as emails sent are not read or filed leaving cases permanently on hold. I couldn't recommend any aspect of this company at present.

TrustpilotThank You
From the beginning, Stephen assured he’d look after me and he - and his team - certainly did. Everything done professionally and promptly. I’m very happy.

TrustpilotProfessional, efficient and very helpful.
Professional and efficient with a personal touch that made Jennifer, Matt, Rebecca and Sarah a pleasure to work with from start to finish of the sale process. My flat sold in just over a week at a price I'm very happy with. Can't recommend them enough.

TrustpilotReally awful
Awful, they really caused us some stress. I'm sure their personal legal services are fine, but as a free legals provider for TML they are dreadful - everything takes forever, they won't answer the phone or emails, there's no communication or visibility of the process and they're prone to careless mistakes.
