TrustpilotWORST COMPANY EVER.
Worst company I ever used when buying a house. Their solicitor was IGNORANT, RUDE and did everything possible to avoid doing any work for me. He kept blaming the sellers agents and REFUSED TO FINALISE UNTIL HE WAS PAID FOR HIS SERVICES FIRST. only when I threatened to contact his head office and make a complaint that he finally got his finger out and did his job. I wish I could name and shame him.AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Aberdein considine helped us sell and move to a new property and the service was great. Special mention for Jade Kinninmont who was absolutely fantastic and worked really hard for us both, without her persistence we may not be in the property today, thanks a lot Jade.

TrustpilotMortage Advice
Greig has assisted us with our mortgage from the day we had our first mortgage in principle to securing our first home. He is always one step ahead when it comes to remortgaging when our rate comes to an end. Fully appreciate the work he puts in to assist and would recommend him and the team at Aberdein Considine to everyone.

This was my first house selling transaction with Aberdein Considine. The whole process of selling the house from start to finish went very smoothly. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept up to-date throughout the whole process.

TrustpilotProfessional and understanding
Helpful and understanding since I was ill during the sale. I was kept informed fully at each stage and nothing was undertaken with out me being consulted. Working between two of their offices did not hinder the process. They helped with things I should have done but was unable to do.

TrustpilotHIDDEN CHARGES BEWARE
Was selling my flat through this company. Was quoted a price I agreed to complete sale then invoiced with hundreds of pounds Extra charged. Constantly had to chase them for updates. Was advised they would conduct viewings ended up my wife and I doing this as well. Couldn't find my keys for the buyer. Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all costs you have been warned.

We used AC for selling and buying our house. The communication internally with our estate agent, lawyer and mortgage advisor was great, made the process a lot smoother.

Very poor service, took so long to arrange mortgage and no real handle on the application timescales. Offered no explanation or apology for the lack of service. Avoid!!!

Trustpilot5 star service
Recently used the estate agency and legal team for the sale of my Parent's house, had an amazing experience with both, they made the whole process very easy and hassle free. Alison from the estate agency, was very helpful with the marketing and arranging viewings; Jade from the legal team helped ensure the sale and conveyancing went smoothly.

TrustpilotExtremely unhappy with the service.
Extremely unhappy with the service.. cost me a lot of money with mortgage payments.. due to them not being efficient in their service. Admitted THEY DID WRONG in not telling me when a payment need to be paid.. but STILL a Director will not compensate me for there failure but acknowledged They were wrong in there service they provided!!!! JOKE!
