Genuinely the worst lettings agency I’ve ever had the experience of going through. No/poor communication and you have to continually chase making me feel as though I had to do their job for them. This also seems to be a systemic issue spanning years, no matter the staff, so think hard before engaging with them. A lot of them are seriously incompetent. Please as a tenant and a landlord, do not even bother with this cuttings agent. Tenants specifically, I would advise that you use ANY other agency within Nottingham or go to the landlord direct if possible. Check out other low star reviews here as they've had a similar experience, and on Tristrams Student Lettings, which has an even lower average. As soon as I gave this review they reached out to others to give positive reviews in order to bury this one but all I have written here is the truth. The company ask for reviews before you even apply and they put you in very awkward position not to leave a review. UPDATE: continually reaching out to others to provide good reviews for a service that they themselves know is extremely poor. Engage at your own peril.

Kirsten and Talia from Tristams were angels. They went above and beyond to help sort out the sale for my vendor and purchase for myself. They worked extensively to ensure the difficult sale/purchase went through and were professional throughout. Very professional and quick to respond. Imaan and Louisa made my journey of finding a first rental home in London delightful.
