GoogleThe Bridge estate agents have been fantastic all through my purchase - there were a number of complications and they couldn't do enough to help resolve them with solicitors and the rest of the chain. They always responded quickly and I felt they genuinely cared and were personally invested in making the purchase and sale happen. Highly recommended.

GoogleWhat a find! Edenbridge has a few agents to choose from, however, The Bridge and more importantly, Caroline came highly recommended by people in the town. And wow, she didn’t disappoint. Like other reviews said, she was always at the end of the phone or text. Polite, professional and personable. She attended viewings at whatever hour the viewers requested and managed to sell my house in a month for the amount I asked for. A fantastic service.

GoogleCaroline and Charlotte helped sell my house in September 2024. As it can be, it was a stressful time, but they were excellent in helping me negotiate the difficulties along the way. They arranged viewings efficiently, even on a bank holiday, and always replied the same day to any enquiries I had. They were even at hand when I locked myself out of my house on completion day! They were a breath of fresh air and incomparable with an agent I had the misfortune to deal with at a different company, when trying to purchase an onward property - beware, old fashioned, lying and manipulative agents are still lurking out there! I would wholeheartedly recommend Bridge estate agents.

GoogleReading through the reviews, I just can't believe we're talking about the same estate agents? The customer service is dreadful. I had to chase constantly for information. Unlike other agents, I went weeks/months without a curtesy call to reassure me they were still actively trying to sell my property. I've used three estate agents in Edenbridge in the past and The Bridge is firmly at the bottom. I also had issues with market and property knowledge. When I walked into their office, the words I heard were "I can have tenants in there tomorrow". Two months later after chasing, it turns out we couldn't rent as it's Grade 2 listed. So we decided to sell then came a long period of silence. We had to leave because we're just getting nowhere with them.

We had a complicated sale of our Property, none the fault of the Bridge, however Caroline & Charlotte helped us navigate through all the issues with outstanding service. We cannot thank them enough. Having sold many properties, this was by far the best service I have ever received. Best estate agent around. Use them!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service! Could not have been more helpful and friendly. It was simple and easy to list the property, with excellent advert. Easy to arrange the viewings, and then even after sale was agreed they went above and beyond to help deal with solicitors that are the actual problem with sale/purchase. I could not fault The Bridge Estate Agents, they have been absolutely stunning!

They have both gone above and beyond, always responding immediately to any queries, keeping on top of everything and generally hand holding where needed throughout the whole process.
