Caroline at The Bridge is by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable and sincere estate agents that I have dealt with without being pushy. I have bought and sold a few properties now, but this is the first time I have used Caroline (for both our sale and purchase) and she stands out a mile from the rest. She was available to speak to easily and returned calls quickly, as well as going above and beyond to help and assist. Nothing was to much trouble. THE BRIDGE: Caroline is an amazing business woman. As our estate agent she went beyond our expectation. Cheerful (an amazing laugh), understanding and compassionate. “When the going got tough” and we mean really tough she simply “got going”! Caroline did endless chasing when legal teams at times appeared to drag their heels and was always on the end of her phone no matter how late in the working day. She was understanding with the tears and the impatience we showed of the legal process and the stress we encountered in the chain but we got there in the end. We’d recommend this lady to everyone who is looking to buy or sell.
