The Trusted AgentTim Foulkes
I have bought and sold 5 times in my lifetime and I have to say Tim is the best agent I have ever used because he was calm, not pushy, helpful and despite this year being one of the worst ever for the property market with constant bidding wars and a huge lack of properties left to buy, his patience and understanding meant so much and he always knew the right thing to say to reassure me at very stressful times

The Trusted AgentA knowledgeable and professional Agent
A knowledgeable and professional Agent is rare to find these days. We have moved several times in our life but Howard Cundy have been by far the easiest people to deal with. Their attention to detail with a friendly approach made the whole experience of selling my property a stress free process. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to friends and family.

The Trusted Agent5 STARS
Where do I start with my positive comments about this company. Management, rentals department and sales department 5 star, excellent and at very reasonable prices. I have worked with this firm in each department for over 10 years and I have really high expectations. Even the founder/ managing director cares and has done everything possible to help me over the years. They have so much experience and knowledge about house rentals and sales and care very much about their individual customer. They are professional and efficient and very calm and pleasant to work with and I think you get a great deal for very fair prices. I can't recommend them enough in every department. Thank you to you all

The Trusted AgentProfessional, local knowledge
We employed Nikki to sell our home. From the first contact through to the last we found Nikki to be very friendly, professional and honest. Her knowledge of the sales process in second to none, coupled with her high stand of service, I wouldn't hesitate to employ her to sell our home again.

The Trusted AgentA very good service so far, and looking forward to it continuing.
We are in the early stages of the purchase of our new home, and so far John has provided an excellent service. Very communicative, which is what you need to keep you on track and the stress levels down. Very happy so far.
