FacebookVery disappointed how we were treated with the stone branch with trying to purchase a property. The vendor excepted our offer. We were asked to send in documents to secure the property which we did. Was informed that until we send the documents they couldn’t stop other viewings We sent our information on the Friday due to the bank holiday the estate agents were closed. By Tuesday I rang them to see that they had received my email but they wanting further information from me which wasn’t mentioned in the first email. I felt they were stalling so that these viewings could take place.
