I have to also call out their sales progesser Sophie Burman who was amazing, open & honest communication came naturally to her and she sealed the deal within days. I would highly recommend them

It was a rather long and protracted affair simply because of the prevailing market conditions and being part of a chain but from the moment that we booked our first viewing to the moment that we agreed the deal Caroline, the agent, was brilliant - keeping the communications channels open and being super responsive to our needs.
