GoogleHaving recently both bought and sold through Giggs and Co it's totally necessary to leave feedback accordingly!
I had my house listed with an online agent (Purple Bricks) for around 8 weeks, and in that period (and with 2 price reductions) I achieved the grand total of ZERO viewings.
I gained an interest in a property listed by Giggs and co, and was immediately impressed with Eric who showed me around the house. He was down to earth, professional, and more than anything, just a really nice chap, who listened to my wants and needs, and understood what I was trying to achieve through open questioning.
Eric persuaded me to list my own house with Giggs, and insisted that it was very saleable, and his confidence inspired me to do so. Eric and Giggs didn't disappoint. Within a fortnight, I had struck a deal on both the property I viewed, and the sale of my own property, and since that date I have been kept up to date on a regular basis with how everything is proceeding. The communication really has been second to none, and that alone is worth it's weight in gold!
My experience in the property market tells me that not enough agents are concerned about the customer experience, and this isn't true of Giggs. It feels like the company care, and with Eric they have a real asset in terms of his sales skills and customer focus.

FacebookFrom the moment we met with Ollie we knew we had picked the right company to sell our home. They manage to mix professionalism with warmth, you felt like you were both working together to get the best deal for you. I cannot comment whether other agents have a dedicated after sales department, but it was re-assuring they would know who you were without you having to explain every time you called. I must mention two members of the team who delivered exceptional service throughout our move. No matter how many times we called or how small our query was Lewis James would always be on hand, and go above and beyond what you would reasonably expect as a matter of course. Emma Alben would give regular updates as to how our move was progressing, would even come back after hours. She drove the difficult chain and no doubt shielded us form a lot of the stress which is involved with moving. We don't plan to move for the next 20 years, but if we do, I see no point looking elsewhere.
