GoogleAudrey was absolutely amazing throughout the process, considering we were not the ones paying for her services! She chased the solicitors on our request, and knew about half an hour before we did about the completion. Lovely lady, and her colleagues were equally helpful and pleasure to deal with. This is the only estate agent I've met with common sense and down to earth attitude. I can't recommend them enough! xx

GoogleI would highly recommend using James and the team at Rowe & Co for their services. From the first appointment James was refreshingly honest and transparent. Any query we had was satisfied and every decision was done with our wishes at the core. We were not pressured or rushed into listing our house but once we did they worked quickly and diligently, producing a very professional video and additional marketing that highlighted the very best features of the house. We sold our house after the very first viewing. Since the sale, Rowe & Co have been in regular contact to update us on the progress of the sale, the chain and what we can expect and on what timescale. If you are thinking of selling your house, even if you have another estate agent in mind, ask Rowe & co for their opinion too, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleRowe and Co were fantastic throughout our whole home moving experience. We sold through them and also looked at several houses with them. Their communication was effective and speedy and they know their stuff. They listened to what we wanted to achieve selling our house and were honest and realistic about what to expect. They worked tirelessly to market and get viewings, and were exceptional once we sold to keep things moving and get things completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. The team were always professional and helpful. Audrey especially was fabulous. She always made it seem like nothing was too much trouble and added that extra level of customer service that you want and need when moving. She had the answers for all our queries and was reassuring throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We are buying our first family home so this was important to us. Audrey then took over and supported us throughout the sale progression, she has been fantastic from start to finish, always organised, efficient, and quick to move things along. GoogleI had a very frustrating experience with Rowe & Co. James, in particular, was extremely arrogant and direct. He constantly interrupted me and didn't allow me to finish my sentences, which made it very difficult to communicate. As a buyer, I felt completely ignored and unsupported, especially since our situation was urgent due to our move from a different city. The only person who showed any effort to assist us was Audrey, and her professionalism is the only reason I’m not giving the company a 0-star rating. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding Rowe & Co at all costs. I hope we never have to deal with them again.

GoogleHighly recommend Rowe and co. We bought and sold through them and cannot fault the buying or selling experience. They are all so helpful and friendly! Compared to other estate agents I have dealt with they are worlds apart. Always pick the phone up, always respond to your emails and Audrey in the office is fantastic! She is very proactive and dealt so easily and quickly with our solicitors. Cannot fault them!
