We recently sold our late fathers house through Rowe and Co, James came and valued the property and advised us of the companies values. He was honest and gave a fair valuation for the house. I have always believed in customer service and this was the case. Audrey who works for the company always kept me upto date what was happening with the sale on a weekly basis once we had received an offer. There was always a good vibe when I went into the office and nothing wasnt to much hassle.

As a first time buyer I am so happy with the process of buying my first home with Rowe and co the team are friendly and informative. My viewings with Harry were great he had answers for all my queries surrounding the property and the area . Once my offer was accepted I had the pleasure of working with Audery up to completion. Audery was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond helping me get surveys etc organised. There wasn’t a stage in the process where I felt like I didn’t know what was happening as Audery kept me informed on every little detail. I know many people say how stressful buying a property can be but having bought through Rowe and co I found the process to be smooth and stress free ! We recently sold our property through Rowe & Co …honestly? Best decision we made! Having been on the market earlier in the year (2025) with another better know chain of estate agency, we felt so deflated and stressed by the situation we decided to come off the market! Rowe & Co valued our property on 30th of July and we had received 5 offers by 13th August - exactly 2 weeks! Honestly our mind was blown, what an incredible experience compared to previously. It doesn’t just come down to offers though, James was so personable and approachable from the first meeting, I signed up there and then. He is knowledgeable and was supportive during the whole process. Rob carried out the viewings on our property and what a breath of fresh air that was! He is the only agent who turned up early before the first viewing and actually physically walked into the garden (not just pointing from the patio doors) to see its full size and potential for interested buyers. It is obvious he has a wealth of knowledge and is great at his job. With the luxury of 5 offers, we were lucky enough to be guided by Chris who dealt promptly and efficiently with the negotiations. We also had a viewing with Harry who was welcoming and polite. Audrey dealt with the progression side of things and was lovely to deal with, personable and friendly from the outset. Regular updates and communication was great throughout the journey to exchange and completion. I know our buyers also spoke highly of the Rowe & Co team when we met them. If you don’t know about Rowe & Co yet.. then it’s the best kept secret as I can assure you, you won’t regret dealing with them.

I can't thank Rowe & Co enough! From our very first meeting with Rob, we knew he was the right person to sell my parents home. We met with three other estate agents on the same day who were either too pushy, arrogant or seemed to lack interest in both us and the property. Rob on the other hand was warm, enthusiastic and genuinely interested and we felt confident that he would do his absolute best for us. After all, if an agent can't show enthusiasm for their clients, how can they show enthusiasm when selling a property! That initial impression proved absolutely right. The entire team at Rowe & Co worked tirelessly to create genuine interest in the house and achieved a realistic and fair price. A very special mention must got to Audrey who is such a lovely warm lady and was simply outstanding throughout. She kept me fully informed at every stage, always with kindness, patience and professionalism. Her communication and thoughtful approach made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and well managed. I cannot put into words how impressed my husband and I are with Rowe & Co. From start to finish, they have been amazing! Chris has been ever so helpful and very informative; James took some wonderful photos of our property; and Audrey has been ever so supportive in helping us during the stages before exchange. The team has been extremely friendly and open with us - we felt like they were completely behind us and with us all the way! As first time sellers, we wanted to get it right - get a good price for our property, have an experience that was as stress-free as possible, and a bit of hand-holding throughout the process. Rowe & Co delivered on every front. This estate agent is putting the humanity back into the house selling/buying process, with sleek marketing and photography, and phenomenal customer service. Having had valuations from the other two well-known Chandler's Ford local agents (one of which we used for our previous purchase, and whose arrogance took for granted that we would use them again this time), Rowe & Co had the most personable approach as well as a valuation that was ambitious yet realistic. We weren't pestered by them before deciding to proceed, but their enthusiasm equally indicated that they would do the best they possibly could for our house. We were hesitant to use a comparatively "new" estate agent - but so glad we did. Our property sold for asking price within 48 hours to an excellent, motivated buyer. Thank you James for encouraging us to be just the right amount of bold with the pricing. But it was the process after we had agreed our sale where Rowe & Co truly shone, thanks to Audrey. She gave weekly progress updates without us having to chase up, and even stepped in to liaise with other agents/solicitors in the chain when we were struggling with aspects of our onward purchase - all of her own accord. Her advice at every turn was invaluable, always rooted in common sense and goodwill. Even more than the sale price, we are so, so grateful for her experience in those excruciating weeks until exchange. We could not praise her more highly - truly the antidote to all the bad press that estate agents generally receive as an industry, and the most professional, good-humoured individual we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We don't usually (ever) write reviews, but wanted to wholeheartedly recommend Rowe & Co - don't think twice about using them. We bought our new home through Rowe & Co and we're impressed from the first viewing. The agent was there when we arrived. The property looked like the photos which is highly unusual. No hard sell, answered questions or found out answers quickly for us. Very real presentation not trying to sugarcoat things. Throughout the buying process, Audrey was amazing. Helping us to push our solicitors and informing us of situation changes before our solicitor did. All this and we weren't even their actual clients as that was the seller. I had a very smooth sale with the help of both Audrey and James. James got the ball rolling and he takes really professional looking photographs. After this it was over to Audrey. Audrey has a warm and appealing personality and a person focused attitude to all communications. Our purchasers also sold theirs through Rowe and Co so three properties in the chain in total which was SO helpful. Rob and James were great at the start with their unique marketing, and Harry was great showing us round the house we eventually purchased. Audrey at the end was phenomenal with a difficult bottom of the chain (the only property not from Rowe and Co!) we had weekly updates throughout the sale and purchase and her constant chasing and getting it over the line was something we have never experienced before from an estate agent. Do you know what Rowe & Co……….. I suggest you don’t put a For Sale sign up if you are not prepared to give out details of the property. Maybe, it would be a good idea to wait until sellers have confirmed the details and are happy for it to be advertised.
