GoogleDavid Evans Estate Agents recently sold my house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a deep understanding of the local market, giving me confidence that I was in the best hands. Their team was professional, efficient, and always available to answer any questions I had. The process of selling a house can be stressful, but David Evans Estate Agents made it smooth and straightforward. They communicated clearly throughout and kept me updated on every step of the sale. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic and highly recommended. Having had a disappointing experience with another agent, on the recommendation of a friend, we contacted David Evans Estate Agents. From the first conversation with Jonathan, we cannot fault the service. We have been kept updated at all times and they have been honest about expectations, dates, etc. We have also relied on them as local agents as we had moved away from the area and they gave us extra confidence with regards being available for viewings and taking care of the property when visiting. They have also completed our final meter readings and taken care of keys. Communication was exceptional throughout. I would highly recommend this company - thank you.
Hi Els… What a Lovely 5* Google Review! - Thank you… It really was our pleasure to assist you & if you do need in us again in the future, please don’t hesitate to get in touch! David E & All The Team @ David. Evans

GoogleThis is the first time I’ve had to sell a property and I chose to go with David Evans and boy was it worth it. During a time where interest rates are high and the market is fairly stagnant, my property was up and sold within a week thanks to the efforts for Stephen and Jon. Their communication was amazing, I never had to do any chasing as they always beat me to it. Both straight shooters, gave me honesty and they didn’t promise you the world. 3 months from start to finish the sale was complete with no holdups whatsoever. I would highly recommend their services
Dear William … Thank you for your “Great Review” Kindest Regards DavidREvans
